A preferred spot for delicious american food. Looking forward to coming back with my relatives. The bill was appropriate.

Must try if your a burger aficionado. They have local cola made with sugar cane. They have a unique mixture of burgers and fries and you dine at the bar next door and they bring your food. The bar is cash only. Pluto's

Food was delicious, service was okay at first. I've worked in the service industry before and understand that it can be a high stress environment, especially during lunchtime. After the lunch rush service was excellent!

Great place for lunch with friends or by yourself! I really like making my own salad, but they’ve change the menu up a bit. If you’re ordering a side salad, you only get 5 toppings (and much less lettuce than before). If you order a main salad, then you get 7 toppings. Before it used to be 7 toppings for both and the side salad was enough to fill be up. I usually order a main salad now since the side salad is much smaller since the menu change. They messed up my order once and they remade the entire order. If that’s not excellent customer service then I don’t know what is.

Cool theme, like the separate ordering stations as well. Main dish was will prepared, side items lacked flavor.

I love not being overcharged for a salad or sandwich. It’s easily something that I could make at home, but when you’re on the go, these meal choices should not be expensive. This place has big portions, great prices, and healthy options. An overall win for me.

Super dry chicken and the plates weren't even clean. Quality went down a lot since I went there as a kid.

Have a very hard time following directions Didn't know what had sugar and what did not (I'm on keto) Then told me that tbe walnuts were not sweetened and his co worker said no I told you it was you shouldn't have served him thatBut i got no apology or even acknowledgement If them messing up The only reason I didn't give 1 is because they used to be excellent

Fresh salads made to your desire. Additions sides ie: soup, greens etc. Get healthy!

Fresh salads...pick what you want. Or home cooked turkey/beef/chicken and comfort food sides...all super delicious. Great prices for huge servings. BEST PART of Pluto's on Irving is the amazing always friendly super helpful staff. I go here often for a quick inexpensive nutritious lunch, sometimes dinner.

Place needs an update like WHOA. The food was meh, like a poor-man’s lemonade. Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, and turkey sandwich all tasted like those things, but nothing more.The real gap is in the staffing, training, and ambiance. Employees only know how to work one station, the checkout process is awkward (very unclear when I’m supposed to order and pay), and the place is just dimly lit with lots of run down flooring.

This place is amazing. I've lived here for 2 weeks and have been here 4 times. Great food and we'll worth the money.

They have great food here, just a couple of weird issues. Service to pay is often very slow and the door doesn't close well letting in the cold inner sunset fog. Put these two together and you're guaranteed cold fries.

Menu options are delish and of good quality; ordering process is a bit chaotic and eating area wasn't kept up (clearing tables) quickly enough .

Super delicious and fair priced salads and plates. The staffs are friendly and patient to answer my questions about the food. Btw love that they don’t use plastic plates and cups, nor do they use plastic forks and spoon. Definitely coming back!!

Fair amount of options to choose from and easy to customize your own salad or stick to a prearranged salad. Price is reasonable for it being made as you order and the amount of toppings you can add. A side salad is a nice portion for a lunch option that isn't too much, but just right.

Delicious and cheap

This place has really gone downhill. The service was good. The place was pretty dirty. The tables were sticky. Its very dim. Walls were half painted over. I could see the old design, which I miss.

It's not that good anymore. The salad that I had gotten had no flavor and the salad of my wife had super dry chicken. The service was okay.

American food and service here is above par. Cool location to meet with coworkers. I had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. This place has a great feel to it.

Very mediocre salad. Could make a better one at home. Cilantro lime dressing was tasteless. Employee sitting around on phone. No uniform and just street clothes which is kind of gross when serving food. Mac and cheese lacked flavour. Only thing enjoyable was the chocolate chip cookie and lemon bar. Would definitely not return ever.

Love this place. I always get build your own. Spring mix 7 toppings, steak cilantro vinaigrette dressing. Love that they make the food in front of you.

Cannot beat the price for a hearty anf fresh salad. The sandwiches are good. The sides varies daily and the quality is average. Take a peek before ordering.

Always great. I love the Cesar salad with chicken asteroids.

When you are in a hurry, and know you need to eat more salads, this is fast, tasty and perfect.

The beef is always tough and hard to vhew

Good soup and good sandwich. They were quick and the prices were okay. The cashier and workers were all super friendly. We had the clam chowder which was really high quality. I was a big fan of the meatballs on the sub. Parking was limited so we did have to park down the street, just a word of warning.

Honestly, and I’m not stoked to say this, this place was S. A. D. This place was a recommendation from a friend. However, upon arrival, it appeared that the restaurant is now under new management/ownership.Anyway, the inside decor was bleak. Felt like a Panera Bread decided to just give up. With all that being said, the sandwich itself (turkey bacon) was pretty good.I don’t think I’ll be going out of my way to eat here again. But take that with a grain of salt.

Been here twice and both times have left me feeling extremely satisfied. The ingredients are so fresh and the portions are surprisingly filling! The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is friendly too. Definitely a step-up in overall quality compared to SF Soup Co. on Bancroft

The food its good but the place doesn't feel that nice

Ordered a salad to go during the last hour before closing. Waited for the steak to be warmed up and added. Got home and they had given me the wrong salad. What happened to the actual salad I had ordered I will never know....

Great for a quick bite and a custom salad. I was in a hurry and went with a salad off the menu (kale Cesar)... I should have read the menu closer... It had quinoa, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers... Not what I was expecting for a kale Cesar. Now I know...I'll BYO salad.
